Overview
The Reports page enables you to run a variety of reports on your mail pieces for any range of dates.

Run a report
To run a report, enter a date range, select a report type, and click Download Report.
Note: You can change the report download format (comma or tab delimited) in your Company settings.
Report Types: Click on the report type below to view a sample file. Note that the Pieces, Pieces Delivered, Pieces Delivered Without Signature File, Pieces With Exceptions, Pieces Returned to Sender, and Signature Files Received reports are all structured the same and contain the same column headers.
- Chargeback Report: This report provides a summary of the pieces that have been submitted to the USPS by all users and includes the cost of postage for each piece. This allows you to easily track your company’s postage expenses. This report is a more simple version of the Pieces report and excludes much of the extra information that isn’t important for the average user.
- Pieces: This very detailed report includes all of the information you might need regarding the pieces that have been submitted to the USPS by all users.
- Pieces Delivered: This report is structured the same as the Pieces report but only includes pieces that have a status of Delivered.
- Pieces Delivered Without Signature File: This report is structured the same as the Pieces report but only includes pieces that have a status of Delivered but no associated POD in e-Certify.
- Pieces With Exceptions: This report is structured the same as the Pieces report but only includes pieces with exceptions. This includes pieces that have been submitted to the USPS by all users that fall into any of the following categories: pieces without an acceptance scan, pieces missing a POD, or pieces not delivered.
- Pieces Returned to Sender: This report is structured the same as the Pieces report but only includes pieces that have a status of Return to Sender.
- Signature Files Received: This report is structured the same as the Pieces report but only includes pieces that have a POD available to view in e-Certify.
- Postage By Department: This report summarizes the total postage expense for each department. The total postage expense for a department includes all pieces that have been assigned to that department and submitted to the USPS. A piece is assigned to a department when a department is selected during Mail Piece Creation.
- Piece Last Event: This report provides a summary of the pieces that have been submitted to the USPS by all users and includes the most recent tracking event from the USPS for each piece. This allows you to get a quick snapshot of many pieces and where they’re at in the mail stream.
- User Permissions Report: This report lists all users in your company and specifies which users are admins.
